Build Out Requirements:
  • 1000 - 6000 square feet
  • 1 ton a/c per 200 square feet
  • Restrooms - vary with local codes and number of seats
  • Rear door - 4'
  • Natural Gas Service or LP if natural gas not available
  • Exclusive rights to sell pizza and subs
  • Buy out agreement or short term lease with 10 year options
  • VCT tiled floor with cove base (smaller stores)
  • Ceramic or Quarry Tile (larger stores)
  • 250 amp service box with 60 breakers to 600 amp service box with 160 breakers
  • Pick up window if possible
  • Dumpster pad (10X10) with drains if required by local codes
  • Abundant amount of glass front with 2 three-foot doors

Corporate team members of the operations department offer real estate and construction support to all prospective Papa's Pizza To-Go franchisees. We help save franchisees money by operating Papa's Restaurant Supply, Inc., a company that allows our franchisees to buy restaurant equipment direct from the factory at previously negotiated prices. Our professionals will work with you to:
  • Assist in the negotiation of a lease or purchase of property
  • Design custom store plans for decor, signage and equipment placement
  • Obtain all permits required to begin project
  • Provide team members to assist in construction
  • Guide you to the appropriate subcontractors for construction through a bid process
  • Coordinate the acquisition of all equipment
