Extensive training is required for all franchisees. Owners or managers must successfully complete 14 days of hands-on-training at a designated corporate location, as well as one day of training a the corporate office. Papa's Pizza To-Go will staff your restaurant with four corporate trainers during opening week. Each Papa's Pizza To-Go restaurant receives a comprehensive operations manual. Annual and regional meetings update franchisees on the latest strategies. Restaurants also receive regularly scheduled visits from the corporate office.

Building goodwill and brand recognition is an essential ongoing
objective for all of our operators. To accomplish this, the
corporate office provides an extensive marketing program that
includes a monthly local coupon program for stores to participate
in. This full color visual piece is distributed directly to
local markets and redemption rates are exceptional. Other
promotional materials are available at the corporate office.
