Papa's Pizza To-Go has a proven history of success that has been achieved by using high quality food products and a variety of creative menu ideas. The franchise offers fresh wholesome food at an affordable price. All of the food is cooked in a conveyor pizza oven - no fryers are involved. The focus is on pizzas, offering a specialty formulated blend of three varieties of 100% real cheese, freshly packaged proprietary pizza sauce with seasonings and dough made fresh daily. In addition, the franchise provides custom formulated beef, sausage and pepperoni. Many locations offer a buffet with various menu items to encourage the repeat business of customers.

corporate office provides an extensive two page menu to assure that
the products on your menu will satisfy the customers. Additionally,
the food service department constantly engages in extensive analysis
in the following areas:

- Research
and development - Work with approved manufacturers and vendors
to continuously test and develop new food items, paper products
and equipment
- Distribution of product - Provide guidance in finding and working with exclusive distributors for food and products in the area and set up centralized purchasing to allow "one stop shopping"
- Quality assurance programs - Verify that suppliers provide fresh food and quality products; Perform corporate visitations to manufacturers' production facilities
- Collective
buying power - Assure that each franchise is obtaining food
discounts by setting up strong contractual agreements that allow
for increased purchasing power by using preferred manufacturers
and vendors

Store
Concepts:
|
|
Three
separate store concepts exist. The first one is buy one pizza get
one free, which basically offers the customers two pizzas for the
price of one and has pies available in small (10”), medium (12”)
and large (14”). The second concept is a single store and offers
only one pizza, available in medium (12”) and large (16”). A third
concept is coined the "Lotz'a Pepperoni" buffet concept
which offers an all you can eat, all day, every day buffet. These
stores typically seat over 150 people and contain at least 3,600
square feet of space. Choosing a store concept is based on the demographics
and business market in the area.
